Encouraging, developing, ethical
I offer reflective, supportive supervision for trainee and experienced counsellors. My approach is collaborative and grounded in mutual respect, helping you grow in confidence, competence, and ethical practice.
I trained in Integrative Supervision of Individuals and Groups at The Grove Practice. I'm familiar with a wide variety of modalities: integrative, psychodynamic, humanistic, relational, existential. I enjoy supervising either individuals or groups.
I deliver supervision online or in-person at my therapy room in Marylebone, London. I'm experienced in supervising trainees, developing practitioners and those who are experienced.

Working with a wide range of supervisees
Higher Education
I have over 10 years working in the higher education sector. I understand the concerns that students bringing to HE counselling services: academic problems, anxiety, low mood, risk and identity issues. I recognise the very real constraints on working in this setting with limited resources and the importance to ethical practitioners of providing a therapeutic and ethical counselling service.
Private Practice
Working in private practice can sometimes be an isolating experience. I know how important it is to have a supervisor who helps to ground your practice and support you in your work. I can provide the bedrock that empowers the therapist to do the best for their clients
I can supervise those working for organisations, either as trainees or qualified practitioners. I understand that organisations have policies and procedures that impact how therapists practice. I can support you in working ethically and effectively with clients to achieve the best outcomes.
