I'm David Stark MBACP (Accred), an accredited counsellor and supervisor. Through ICH Counselling I offer online counselling and supervision services. I provide a safe, confidential space where you can explore what’s on your mind and begin to understand yourself better, grow, and move forward.

I have over 10 years’ clinical experience as a therapist in the Higher Education sector and in private practice. I currently work in a multidisciplinary clinical team in a prestigious London university.

Originally I qualified as an integrative counsellor from a BACP accredited training in 2012. I have successfully completed subsequent trainings in supervision and in online counselling. I'm an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a professional member (level 2) of the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO).

I'm David Stark, a qualified counsellor and supervisor, with over 12 years experience, accredited by the BACP. Through ICH Counselling I offer online counselling and supervision services. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel safe to share openly. Clients often tell me they feel truly heard and supported — which is the foundation for real growth.

Counselling & Supervision

Supervision

I provide supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists. I specialise in clinical work in the higher education sector. I also supervise counsellors and therapists in private practice and organisational settings. I believe good supervision starts with a strong rapport between supervisee and supervisor. As we build trust so the supervisory alliance can develop.

Counselling

With over 12 years of experience, I offer therapeutic support for bereavement, anxiety, and depression. Specializing in university settings and men's issues, I focus on helping my clients achieve their goals. Accredited by BACP and a member of ACTO, I am dedicated to your well-being.

Experienced and ethical

I have over 10 years' experience as a counsellor. I have worked in a variety of settings including private practice, several university counselling services and a bereavement counselling centre. The counselling and supervision that I provide are all guided by the BACP ethical framework.

Professionally accredited

I hold professional accreditation with the BACP - British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
